Our STEAM Kids Frankston groups are a welcoming community of neurodivergent young people and their carers who meet weekly on Thursdays in Frankston
We have two sessions running every week during Term time:
The groups meet at Bruce Park Hall.. There is a an enclosed playground and plenty of indoor space.
The cost for Term 4 is $350 for session 1, and $315 for session 2, and is NDIS eligible. Sibling discounts are available.
We offer two free trial sessions to ensure the group is a good fit for your young person.
Each week, we offer lots of hands-on fun: crafts, sensory activities, LEGO, imaginative play, and gaming.
Our Term 4 Activities are:
October 10th: World Space Week
October 17th: Birds of a Feather
October 24th: Halloween: Trick
October 31st: Halloween: Treat
November 7th: Pokemon
November 14th: Recycling
November 21st: Rainbows
November 28th: Seasons
December 5th: Tiny Towns
December 12th: Christmas
Parents are required to stay to supervise their children; it is a great time to chat with other parents.
Our session 1 mentors are Claire, Jas, Emma & Layla.
Our session 2 mentors are Claire, Jas & Emma.
All of our mentors & volunteers hold current working with children checks.
Please note that when you accept a place in our groups, you are accepting a commitment to the entire term, and therefore, missed groups cannot be refunded. This is due to staffing numbers and the inability to fill that space with another participant. Extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
