Peninsula Autism Friendship Group aims to provide connection & support for autistic individuals and their families.
We offer regular friendship and social groups for autistic young people ranging in age from preschool to young adulthood, as well as both online support and face-to-face support groups for carers.
We would like to see a world where the autistic journey is less isolating, where no matter your age or stage of diagnosis, you are part of a community that understands.
We are an autistic-led organisation and believe in the importance of autistic young people having autistic mentors to learn from and connect with.
As an autistic-led organisation, we believe in strengthening and upholding autistic voices and advocating for diversity in the wider community.
We believe in showing up authentically, exactly as you are, and having the space and grace to make mistakes and try again.
Please contact us if you would like any more information about joining one of our friendship groups, or if you have any other questions.
